Half a century ago, we set out to provide the UK with top-tier Vertical Transportation Engineering Consultancy and Project Management.
During this time the world and its building designs have changed and technology has massively progressed and developed to suit the living and working environments relative to large high rise offices, high and low rise residential, hospitals, shopping malls, schools and universities, goods warehousing and production factory buildings, theatres requiring large production set deliveries etc., etc., banking organisations requiring bullion lifts and not to be excluded internal and external façade access systems used for building maintenance and cleaning.

Unrivalled Technical Expertise:
All of our consultants are highly regarded for their professional knowledge and approach and guidance towards problem solving for our many and varied clients. We obsess over the design technicalities and physics of a system to ensure that we engineer the optimal solution, whether for major refurbishment of existing V.T. units or the design and provision of new units to suit the specifics of any building type. This includes Traffic Analysis to accurately determine the size, capacity, speed, operating system and group size or quantity of any lift system, and the engineering nuance.
Project Management Precision:
Our consultants will run a project efficiently and professionally to ensure that the V.T. contractors produce the installation type/design in accordance with Technical Specification requirements and to deliver on time in compliance with our contractual T&C’s and fully in compliance with appropriate Code Standards and HASAWA Regulations. This also includes our duties relative to the CDMC 2015 and Principal Designer duties for the Pre Construction Phase Plan design and technical/installation elements of the V.T. installation and performance side of the scheme working closely with the building professionals separately appointed to undertake and administer the Building Safety Act Regulations 2022.
