CDM Co-ordination

Construction projects that fall within certain boundaries require, by law, the appointment of a suitably qualified CDM Co-ordinator.

The extensive lift consultancy services of The Gerald Honey Partnership include accreditation to provide CDM Co-Ordination – in respect of lift, escalator or suspended access systems on construction projects. We will act as the key project advisor for health and safety and risk management matters in our official capacity as CDM Co-ordinator.
